Bright and Spacious North Berkeley Renovated 1906 Home简介

This 1906 renovated home is situated in a quiet oasis off the street in North Berkeley. The spacious and sunny kitchen, deck, and adjacent dining room are a fabulous venue for photo shoots, corporate meetings, small luncheons, or film productions. Large windows capture the southwest sunshine providing ample natural light. There are blinds and large pocket doors in both the living room and dining room making it possible to control the lighting.

The dining room also provides the perfect space for people to sit comfortably for meetings. There are 10 dining chairs and the table extends to seat 10 comfortably. Extra folding chairs are available.

The very spacious kitchen features a sizeable island, an additional sink, and a full industrial size refrigerator, great for cooking classes or health and wellness events.

We are 5 blocks from Bart and near many restaurants and cafes. The space is located on the second floor.

One on-site parking space for $15 flat fee. Free regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions other than street cleaning on the first Wednesday and Thursday of the month between 12:30 and 3:30pm.
